Il Gufo Farmhouse in Tuscany

HOW TO GET HERE

The farmhouse is 1,8 km away from the centre of San Marcello Pistoiese. At the end of the asphalted road there is a 400 metre of public track owned by the Comune which is in poor condition in some parts. Nevertheless, it is possible to drive up to it with any kind of car, even if particularly low ones must go slowly. The last kilometer of private road, part dirt and part asphalted, is in good condition.

A car is recommended, although it is possible to reach Pistoia, Florence and Lucca from the bus station in the centre of town. A bus service also connects San Marcello to Pracchia which, 10km away, is the nearest train station and serves all destinations.

There are several restaurants in San Marcello Pistoiese, 3 banks with ATMs, pubs and bars, supermarkets, internet access, and everything you might need for your holiday.
