BOOKING DEPOSIT : 50% OF THE RENT.
The balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival.
The payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.

CLEANING/BED LINNEN/TOWEL FEE - TAXES
Final cleaning: 280 euro
Tourist tax due in cash at the arrival: 1 euro per day per person above 12 years old (due only for the first 5 days)
EXTRA COSTS (OPTIONAL)
20 euros daily for extra people on the sofabed or an added bed above 12.
Children aged up to 2 years old free of charge: we have a cot and high chair available free of charge on request. Children aged 2 years old and over are considered as adult guests.
Pets are allowed at the extra cleaning price of 60 euro each
Heating optional; it is not included in the price: at the cost of the liters of diesel reported by the counter: it depends on the outside and inside temperature
MORE INFORMATIONS
Deposit on arrival (security bond) giving the credit card details from which no ammount will be charged; for stays up to 4 nights a deposit of 500 euro in cash is requested to be given back on departure
Minimum stay in Winter: 2 nights
Minimum stay in Summer: 3-4 nights
Minimum stay in High Season: 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
Bed linen, towels, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided (included in the price)
A free washing machine is available in summer
A dish washer is available
All apartments are non smoking inside
Free interenet WI-FI available
Swimming pool openned from 1st April to 1st October
The receptionist lives a 10 minute drive away
